Processing time

Petstify orders are prepared with care and usually ship within 3 business days. Processing may take longer during new drops, holidays, high order volume, or if an order needs extra review.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your address and available carrier services. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless explicitly stated.

Free shipping

If a free shipping offer is active, the order must meet the stated threshold before taxes, duties, or other fees unless the offer says otherwise.

Address accuracy

Please enter your shipping address carefully. If you notice an error, contact us quickly at sunny@mypetstify.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order begins processing or ships.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges that may apply. Customs processing can delay delivery and is outside Petstify's control.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows a delay or your package appears lost, contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and help with the next step when possible.

Damaged packages

If your clock arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
