Quick answers for choosing, hanging, gifting, and caring for your Petstify dog wall clock. This is the main FAQ for all current breeds, so you do not need to read separate help copy on every product page.
Does the pendulum really move?
Yes. The clock hands keep time on the front, the second hand moves, and the small poop pendulum swings underneath while the movement runs.
Why is the pendulum a poop shape?
Petstify started with Sunny, a 13-year-old Samoyed who is still here and still takes her little poop breaks very seriously. The pendulum is a playful dog-parent joke, but the feeling behind it is about time, routine, and loving the ordinary moments with a dog.
Is the clock quiet?
Petstify clocks use a silent quartz movement, so they are designed for bedrooms, offices, kitchens, and pet rooms without loud ticking.
What is the clock made from?
The current Petstify clocks use a color-printed acrylic wall-clock body with printed breed artwork and a real clock face.
How large is each clock?
The size varies by breed shape and artwork. Check the product image or product page for the current breed-specific size details when available.
How heavy is it?
Each clock is about 1 kg, depending on the breed shape and final batch.
How do I hang it?
Choose a stable wall spot, handle the pendulum gently, and follow the hanging notes included with your clock. Lightweight acrylic makes normal wall display simple.
Does it need a battery?
Yes. The clock uses 1 AA battery, also called a No. 5 battery in China. The battery is included with the current launch batch.
Is it waterproof?
The acrylic print surface is made to be splash-resistant for normal indoor life, but the clock movement and battery area should not be soaked. Use it indoors and keep it away from outdoor weather, showers, and heavy moisture.
Can the pendulum touch the wall?
No. Leave enough space so the pendulum can swing freely. If it touches the wall or nearby decor, the motion may slow or stop.
How do I choose a breed?
Start with breed name first, then compare coat color, expression, and overall room mood. The All Breeds page links every live Petstify product.
What if my breed is not available?
Check New Drops and join the email list. Petstify is a pet brand, and we plan to add more dogs first, then other pets later.
Can I request a new breed?
Yes. Use the contact page and tell us the breed, coat color, and any details that matter. We cannot promise every request, but requests help guide future drops.
Is it a good gift?
Yes. Petstify clocks are made for dog parents, gift buyers, young women, housewarming gifts, birthdays, pet-room decor, grooming salons, cute memorial gifts, and anyone who likes breed-specific dog humor.
What should I check before buying as a gift?
Confirm the breed, compare coat color when possible, and double-check the recipient's shipping address before checkout.
How fast does it ship?
Orders may ship from the United States or China depending on inventory. Delivery is usually 10-15 days after processing. Checkout will show the current shipping options for your address.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $69.90 qualify for free shipping when the current store settings and destination support it.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. Address changes are easier before the order is processed or handed to the carrier.
What if my clock arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the package and item. If the damage is confirmed, we can help with replacement or return support.
How should I clean it?
Use a soft dry cloth. Avoid abrasive pads, strong solvents, and soaking the clock body or movement.
Do I need a separate FAQ on every product page?
No. The product pages share one core Petstify FAQ because the material, movement, hanging, gifting, and care questions are the same for every breed. Breed-specific FAQs can be added later for best sellers if needed.
