Petstify clocks are wall decor, so protected shipping matters. We ship to the United States and selected international destinations, with free shipping on orders of US$69.90 or more. Check the rates and destination list below before ordering.

Shipping

Standard shipping is US$8.99 to the United States or US$9.99 to supported international destinations for orders below US$69.90. Orders of US$69.90 or more qualify for free shipping to supported destinations. Rates are in USD. Check availability and the final shipping charge for your address at checkout.

Supported international destinations currently include United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore.

Orders may ship from the United States or China depending on inventory. Estimated delivery is about 10-15 days after processing; timing may vary by destination. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date.

Processing

Orders are prepared with the clock body, moving second hand, and swinging pendulum detail protected so the item can arrive ready for wall display or gifting.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, contact us with your order number and photos so we can review it and help with replacement or return support.
