30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with protective packaging when possible.

How to start a return

Email sunny@mypetstify.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our side. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was our mistake.

Refund timing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, final-sale items, and custom or personalized items, if offered, may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return and place a new order for the item you want.
